Cale Starts Eigth For The Snowball; Bubba Gale Breaks Track Record

Gale Force Suspension Management and Cale Gale Motorsports had a good day today as Bubba Gale broke the modified track qualifying record at 5 Flags Speedway and ended up finishing second in his No. 83 modified in a rain-shortened race.  Bubba started from the pole but didn't lead a lap as he slipped to third by lap three.  By lap 30, he had worked his way back to second place only to be denied a chance at the win by mother nature!

Cale will start Sunday's 42nd Annual Snowball Derby from the eigth position.  Johanna Long set a new super late model track record (16.463) during qualifying tonight which puts her on the pole with Ross Kenseth starting second.  Kyle Busch will start third, Auggie Grill fourth and Casey Smith fifth.

Tomorrow Cale will qualify the pro late model at 2 pm.  The Allen Turner Snowflake 100 will begin at 7 pm.
